Subway, Spirit Wear, Events Line-up

Good afternoon!

I received an e-mail from our contact at Subway - if you would like to place an order for your child for the 5 remaining weekday meets and have not had a chance to do that please let me know your preferences through e-mail TONIGHT. We will try our best to get your child a sub for the meet tomorrow.
If, for some reason, our meet is canceled the subs will NOT be canceled so be sure your child picks up their sub after school tomorrow - announcements will be made.

Speaking of canceling the meet - the meet will run as scheduled even through rain so please be sure your athlete is dressed appropriately. We will NOT run if there is lightning. We will try our very best to get the meet in tomorrow as it is extremely difficult to reschedule a meet without extending the season.

Next, we will be placing a second spirit wear order - if you would like to order spirit wear for your child please send the attached for and a check with them tomorrow. I will try to get the order out to our vendor by the end of the week, he told me it would be an additional two weeks (hopefully less). Girls, your cobblestone shorts are back-ordered - if you did not recieve a pair of shorts please see Coach Mack tomorrow before we leave for Hilliard. If your child DID NOT receive their order or something was incorrect please e-mail me ASAP. I am missing the size for Alex Baughman's sweatpants, so that part of the order has not been filled - let me know!

Lastly, I have placed the event sheets on our blog page (SEE BELOW). Please check what events you are running as many have changed because we want to get additional times for other athletes in preparation for upcoming invitationals.
